This is a substantial, beautiful stoneware vase in cream, lemon, and avocado green stripes. Has a lovely heft to it — this is very solidly constructed.
It’s a lovely piece of mid century modern decor, made in the 1970s by West German pottery maker Dumler & Breiden and imported by Dee Cee Foreign. Look for the use of the sgraffito technique, in which one color shows through another.
